Chef Colin Colville is the man behind the whimsical contemporary Latin cuisine at Enrique's. Traditional tastes of Mexico, the South Americas and beyond are obvious but are presented with a more contemporary flare. Our menu is always fluid and forever changing with the seasons and market fresh influences. Whether you’re looking for traditional or off the cuff elements, you’ll be able to find it on our tables. In search of Mole, Fried Chicken & Churros, Farm Fresh Beet Salad w. a Peppita Vinaigrette Dressing, Tomahawk Steak w. a mushroom Tempranillo reduction, Grilled Scottish Salmon or Fig Brûlée, you can experience it at Enrique's Restaurant & Cantina.
